A $100.00 retainer must be paid in order to secure services for your event. Otherwise, your booking will be labeled as “pending” and will be considered “not valid" and therefore, we would not provide the services booked. We will only hold your booking form without a deposit for up to 24 hours after it’s been submitted. Your deposit is non-refundable unless services are changed or cancelled by Illusion Party Entertainment. Some exceptions may apply and deposit can be up to 50% refundable. Final balance must be paid by no later than the scheduled arrival time of your booking, either in cash or via payment platforms such as Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. Checks may be accepted if approved by your booking agent. Failure to pay by deadline will result in services not being performed or delayed with no additional time compensation.

A $0.65-$1.00 per mile travel fee may apply to events further than 22 miles from our "home base" in Los Angeles county or North County in San Diego. Some exceptions may apply during seasonal or exclusive offers. A $25.00-$50.00 late booking fee may also apply to events reserved under 7 days prior to your event day. Holiday fees may apply. 

A $100.00 fee will apply for each day your final balance is unpaid after your booked event date.
